Year 13 Geography Field Trip

Twenty two Year 13 Geographers accompanied by Ms Raistrick and Mr Surtees have been on a Field trip today to the Northumberland coast. They collected data from three sand-dune systems (Bamburgh, Beadnell and Druridge Bay) with the aim of comparing each site in terms of vegetation and soil changes. This is part of the preparation for an exam in the summer that focuses on fieldwork and other geographical skills.
